Finsaga plc

The following information is disclosed in accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies and is current as of 6 June 2008:

Finsaga plc, formerly Brightview plc, is the former owner of the Brightview internet service provider which traded as Madasafish and Global Internet and operated Waitrose.com as a virtual Internet Service Provider.

It sold the business to British Telecommunications plc on 31st July 2007 and is now a cash "shell". The Company now intends to identify and acquire a company or business in the marketing and support services, media or telecoms sectors in the United Kingdom.

On 6 June 2008 the company posted Recommended Proposals for the return of up to approximately 13.7 million cash to Shareholders by way of a scheme of arrangement and capital reorganisation and for the cancellation of admission of ordinary shares to trading on AIM.

Finsaga is incorporated in the UK and its main country of operation is the UK. Its shares are listed the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and trade on the SEAQ platform under the symbol "FNS".
