Directors

Michael Charles Fairbairn (aged 45), chairman, is a chartered accountant with many years experience in the media sector and in growing entrepreneurial companies. Previously, he worked for Pearson plc. Both as finance director of Pearson New Entertainment Limited, a start-up division with interests in computer publishing (and which was sold to Apax Partners in 1998 for £142 million), and as group chief accountant. Charles is currently a non-executive director of AIM listed companies Research Now plc and Statpro Group plc.

Mr Fairbairn holds 1,553,000 shares (3.57%)

David Brian Long, (aged 63) is an experienced company director who currently sits on the board of four other companies. He has wide experience of acquisitions and disposals, fund raising and refinancing, both in the UK and overseas, and in lead in strategic reviews. Between 1995 and 2000 he served as chairman of Surgical Innovations plc, an AIM listed company which he guided through two fund raising exercises and a merger.

Mr Long is a mining engineer by training and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Steven Clifford Tucker, (aged 50), is an entrepreneur who founded a car parking business, Europarks in 1976. Through organic growth, it reached a staff of 750 based in UK, Ireland and the west coast of America. He managed the disposal of this Business to National Car Parks in 1991 and his other interests were sold to a variety of purchasers in 1992-1994. He has invested in a number of private and AIM listed companies since then and continues to look at new opportunities.
