Brightview announces that on 20 August 2007, it was notified that, as at close of business on 17 
August 2007, the D Fiszman Pension Fund increased its holding from 11,050,000 ordinary shares to 
11,955,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This holding represents 26.7 per cent of the total 
issued share capital of Brightview as at 17 August 2007, being 44,830,106 ordinary shares.
