Results of EGM
Brightview plc ('Brightview'), a leading UK Internet Service Provider ('ISP')
with approximately 62,000 broadband subscribers, is pleased to announce that, at
the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, shareholders approved the
resolution set out in the Notice of EGM sent to shareholders dated 6 July 2007.
As a result of this approval, it is expected that completion of the disposal of
the entire issued share capital of Brightview Group Limited to British
Telecommunications Plc, will take place on 31 July 2007.
